Annual Exams + Vaccines

These consultations will be booked in 30-minute slots to allow our registered technicians to obtain a full medical, nutritional, and behavioural history of your pet and to take some vital signs. They will then relay this information and any concerns to the veterinarian. Your cat or dog will then get a comprehensive exam, and any concerns will be addressed. If deemed to be healthy enough, your pet will then receive their vaccinations.

Vaccinations are broken down into core vaccinations (those all pets require) and noncore (lifestyle vaccines) which may or may not be needed based on your pets’ risk factors and lifestyle. We will go over these vaccines and decide together how to best protect your pet. We will also recommend various preventative medications such as heartworm, intestinal parasite control, and flea/tick prevention again based on their individual needs. Such mediations are highly recommended in most cases, as the diseases that can result from not being protected, can be very detrimental to your pets’ health and sometimes even fatal. We are advocates for their health as much as you are. Prevention is where it’s at!
